Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

ForexAcuity ("we", "us") provides forex education and market analysis tools, a trading journal, and a practice trading simulator via our website (forexacuity.co.uk) and our iOS application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Contact: admin@forexacuity.co.uk.

2. Educational service — not financial advice

The Service is an educational and analysis tool. Nothing in the Service — including trend analysis, signals, charts, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a broker, we do not execute real-money trades, we do not hold client funds, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator.

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose more than your initial investment. Any trading decisions you make in your own brokerage account are yours alone — made at your own risk, and we accept no liability for them. If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you, seek advice from an independent, authorised financial adviser.

3. Practice simulator

The practice simulator uses virtual funds only. Simulated fills, spreads, and profit/loss are approximations for training purposes and will differ from real brokerage execution. Simulated results are not indicative of real trading results, and past performance — simulated or real — is not a guide to future performance.

4. Accounts and membership

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • Access to premium features requires a paid membership purchased through our website. Payment terms, including any refund rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are presented at the point of purchase.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the website or the iOS app (Profile > Delete Account). Deletion permanently removes your account, profile, and journal data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, or redistribute the Service's data, analysis, or signals;
  • access the Service by any automated means, or attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Availability and market data

We aim to keep the Service available and its data timely, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that prices, analysis, or other data are accurate, complete, or delivered in real time. Market data may be delayed, unavailable outside market hours, or contain errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, analysis methodology, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own education. It does not transfer any ownership rights.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, the Service is provided "as is"; we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — although if you are a consumer you retain any protections and forum rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
